In order to help us with your assessment and treatment please bring with you suitable clothing; for example bring shorts if your problem relates to your hip, knee, ankle or foot. Bring footwear (shoes/trainers) or insoles, as these can be a useful tool in assessment, especially if your problem is aggravated or related to a running activity or is foot related. Please also bring any investigation results or reports relating to your condition for example letters and scan results.
